Introduction

This is a website to supplement the following paper: Isthmin-2 is essential for extravillous trophoblast invasiveness and low first trimester levels predict preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction by Miao et al. Nature Medicine 2026.

It contains R and other relevant codes that were used to process the Olink proteomics and RNA-seq datasets to generate the main and the supplementary figures in the paper.

The aim of this study was to compare the first trimester maternal serum proteome in women who subsequently had pregnancies complicated by PE and/or FGR with controls.
